How to access Webmail

Webmail is an email system that can be accessed via any web browser when connected to the internet. All emails, calendar services, and contacts are hosted on the email service provider’s online servers. The main advantage of webmail over the conventional desktop email client is the accessibility from any web browser, anywhere. Examples of webmail software are Horde, Roundcube and SquirrelMail.

How to set up Webmail Accounts in cPanel

1. Login to your cPanel
2.Scroll to the Mail section & hit Email accounts
3. Email accounts for your domain will then be listed and if you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see an option to Access Webmail. You can also choose a domain from the dropdown on the right side where you want to create your email address, fill in the fields with information such as Email, Password, Confirm Password, etc.
4. This will then take you through to the Webmail login screen.
5. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Webmail login page by adding /webmail/ to the end of your domain – for example, http://yourdomain.com/webmail
6. Log in to Webmail by entering the full email address as the username and entering the mailbox password.
