How To Create And Restore Backups In CPanel
cPanel provides a very simple yet powerful tool for creating and restoring backups A full cPanel backup includes all account files, databases, email accounts, and settings. Entire accounts can be backed up by doing the following:
It is recommended to create a full cPanel backup before any major data modification/migration.

1.Login to cPanel
2.In cPanel, in Files section, go to  Backup menu
3. Click the button titled Download a Full Website Backup
4. Select which method you wish to use, whether you want to copy the backup directly to another FTP server, or if you wish to generate the backup in the home directory of your account with us.
    If you don't know which to choose here,  Home Directory is usually the best choice as a backup destination.
5. There is an option for Email alerts. If you set the notification Email address, you’ll receive mail notification once the backup process is complete.
6. Click the Generate Backup button
